IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRAVEL TO SOUTH AFRICA

Please note that the South African international borders opened on 01.10.2020 for international travel to and from South Africa.  You are kindly requested to take note of the additional requirements to enter the Republic in line with the measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

The list of high risk countries is to be found in the statement below. The Department of Home Affairs emphasizes that people who are leisure travellers from these high risk countries will not be allowed to enter the Republic.

The list will be reviewed every fortnight.
