The Consular Section of the South African Embassy in Vienna renders Immigration services to citizens and residents of Austria, Slovenia and Slovakia. Civic services are also rendered to South African citizens in these regions.

Processing times
Visa (visit less than 90 days): approximately 10 - 15 working days
Visas/Permits for period longer than 90 days: approximately 6 - 8 weeks
Permanent residence permit: 8 months – processing dealt with by Home Affairs Pretoria
