Appointments needed for Permanent Residence applications

On Wednesdays the Consular section is closed to the public

Civic Services to submit and collect by appointments only via e-mail:  vienna.consular(at)dirco.gov.za

·      Application for Identity document

·      Registration (Birth, death, Marriage)

·      Application Renunciation

·      Police Clearance (fingerprinting)

·      Letter of No Impediment

·     Application for Retention

Following Consular Services by appointments only via email: vienna.consular(at)dirco.gov.za

·     Authentication of public documents

·     Certifying copies of original documents

Take note: No copies are made for members of the public

The Embassy of the Republic of South Africa including the Consular Section will be closed on Monday, 28 April 2025 (South African Freedom Day, 27 April) as well as on Thursday, 1 May 2025 (Labour Day).
